Meet Amy

Something about the salt air, calming waves and cool breeze gets in my soul and makes everything better.

After a long career in the worker’s compensation insurance industry in Tallahassee, Florida, my family was ready to shift gears and spend less time sitting in traffic and more time enjoying each other -- our solution was to relocate to St. Joe Beach! We have four wonderful children and two adorable grandchildren who love to come visit us at the beach.

My background is in operations and management, with over 25 years experience in both commercial and residential property management. When I relocated to the beach I branched out into vacation rental management and fell in love with it. I love meeting new people and helping them with all their vacation needs; it’s my passion, and I’m glad to be able to follow my dream in such a wonderful place!
