Terms and Conditions for Sunshine Vacation Rentals Giveaway

 Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 25 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sunshine Vacation Rentals of the Forgotten Coast are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must provide a valid email address through the official giveaway entry form or designated promotional link.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Only one entry per email address is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Giveaway Period

  • Entries will be accepted starting on January 9, 2025, and ending on January 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Prize

  • One winner will receive a complimentary two-night stay at the SVR-managed 7 Palms property, located on the Forgotten Coast, from February 14 to February 16, 2025.
  • The prize is valid only for the specified dates (February 14–16, 2025). No changes to the dates are permitted.
  • The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • The winner is responsible for arranging and purchasing flight or other travel accommodations separately.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced and notified via email on January 26, 2025.
  • If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Terms of Stay

  • The stay is subject to the property’s standard booking policies, including check-in/check-out times and occupancy limits.
  • The winner must comply with all property rules and guidelines during the stay.

Privacy and Consent

  • By entering the giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Sunshine Vacation Rentals of the Forgotten Coast. Participants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their entry status.
  • Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

  • Sunshine Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances compromise its fairness or integrity.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sunshine Vacation Rentals from any claims or liabilities related to their participation or prize acceptance.
